Translation Services
Paperwork is a significant consideration when organising your beach wedding abroad. If you want your wedding to run with minimal stress then start thinking about the paperwork as soon as possible, because in many cases it will need to be translated into the native language of the country you are travelling to, PRIOR TO LEAVING THE UK.

Speak to your tour operator to first find out exactly which pieces of documentation are required for your wedding and then dig these out straight away. You should then ask your travel agent or wedding co-ordinator to recommend a reputable translation company to you. In many cases this company will need to be government approved, so it is important that you get this right.
When your paperwork has been translated it may then need to be stamped by a solicitor. Again, speak with your tour operator.
Don’t forget that your marriage certificate will more than likely be presented to you in the language local to the company you have married in, so you may need to get it translated back into English when you return home.
Translation services are not cheap, so factor in the cost of translation and couriers right from the start.
